This is one of the samples that I have knit for the shop and an upcoming fall class. I really like the mitered squares and had a lot of fun doing this out of Lion Brand Wool-Ease on size 8 US dpns.
It can become addictive, you want to do just one more to see how it will look. I used the no-sew method on this piece and that makes the difference for me. I would not look forward to sewing all these squares together at the end. It is enough to weave in all the ends, which I am doing as I go so it is not such a daunting task at the end.
