Sock Balls: Sock Balls Everywhere

Here is Little Loopy sitting in a bowl of sock balls. He is checking out my progress so far to create 5g sock balls to take to the Spring Fling and trade with others who are doing the Sock Blankie.

This batch fills a gallon (OOPS, I meant) quart ziplock bag. I figure I have enough yet to roll up to fill two more bags. That is on the list to finish up this week.

I have decided that the beginnings of my Blankie will be my travel knitting because I can do it on wooden dpns. I just have to decide how many balls to take on the plane. I do not want to be "underyarned" for this trip.
