We shared projects and knitting views, news, stories and giggles for the afternoon. Several dog walkers cruised by to see what all the fuss was about. It was a nice way to spend a hot afternoon in Colorado Springs with like-minded individuals.

And on the homefront: Pedro just wanted to lounge on the neighbor's porch while he watched his swallows fly back and forth to their nest conveniently located in the crook of the drainage pipe above his head.
